SPICY CHICKEN WRAPS
My family loves wraps. So I was like, why not make them at home? Frankly speaking, home made wraps are much tastier! You can customise them according to your taste. The filling is so delicious that I’m too tempted to eat before wrapping it😆

- 4 Wraps
- 300 gm Boneless chicken
- 2 tbsp Plain curd/yogurt
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Biryani powder optional
- 1/2 cup Onion sliced
- 1/2 cup Lettuce shredded
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Chilli sauce
- Oil for frying
In a bowl, add curd, lemon juice and all the spices to the chicken and mix it well till the chicken pieces are coated well.
Cover it with plastic wrap and marinate for atleast 1 hour.
After that, add oil to a pan and fry the chicken for 12-15 min or till it becomes dry.
In a bowl, add the fried chicken pieces, onions, chilli sauce and mayonnaise and mix well.
Take a wrap and spread lettuce and chicken mixture.
Wrap it and microwave it for 30 seconds or pan fry for 1 minute.
Cut it into half and serve warm.
