Recently we went to Sofitel Singapore to have the magnificent Sunday Champagne brunch and it’s an awesome experience!!We generally don’t come across Sofitel during Sentosa visits as it’s on the whole different side of the island.It is definitely worth visiting the Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa for its Sunday Champagne Brunch. Lavish spread of international buffet,fresh seafood,lush greenery with South China sea backdrop,hotel’s pool,friendly staff are the highlights!
We went in December and so it’s beautiful Christmas theme everywhere!
As you enter,you will be greeted by a big spread of cakes!!There are a lot of varieties of delicious looking desserts-cakes,chocolate fountain,ice creams and much more!!
The interior is beautiful with high ceilings and rich colors and there is an extensive spread of seafood with the option of live stations too!The seafood on ice includes different varieties of crabs,lobsters,oysters,smoked salmon,tuna,Japanese sushi and sashimi. The food is presented beautifully!Soup,Salad bar,Seafood corner,Sushi & Sashimi, Cheese selections,cold cuts,Pizza,French bread ritual,Live station,Cliff Pasta station,Western delight,Chinese wok,Indian corner,Live noodle station,Dim sum in basket,Fruits,Ice creams,Chocolate fondue,DIY chocolate station,Desserts and of course not to forget about the free flow of Champagne,wine,fruit juices and non-alcoholic drinks!The staff immediately refills the glass!when I said not to refill,the staff refilled my glass and said “Never say no to Champagne” with a smiling face 😀
We chose to sit outside to enjoy the scenic beauty and it’s drizzling too. A big shout to the staff!They are very friendly with the kids. I have never seen such friendly staff!There is a balloon sculpting service too.
Sometimes,island peacocks make a special guest appearance and We are lucky enough to spot one!
The outside section has delicious Indian and Chinese food with live stations..Indian food especially tandoori is mouth watering!
There is a candy station too!
The best thing is we get access to the 33 metre beautiful pool with gleaming aquamarine tiles!
There is a shuttle bus service from 7:30AM to 11:15PM every 30min from VivoCity(outside Lobby G Concourse) to Sofitel and vice versa.
