Tukad Cepung is a hidden gem and is the most unique waterfall I have ever seen!You need to take a Long walk and get down very narrow and steep steps to reach the waterfall as it is well hidden under the stones!There will be stalls on the way to rest.
After getting down the cliff( a few hundred steps!),if you go right,there will be a small waterfall.
If you go left,then you will see this hidden beauty!You need to walk a bit in the river.
The water is too cool and view is just enchanting !!We went in the evening but I heard from the driver that this would look more beautiful in the morning when the sun rays enter the cave.It creates a mesmerising view!

It is 1.5-2hr from Kuta or Seminyak and around 50min from Ubud.

Tips:
- Come early in the morning to avoid crowd.
- Best time to visit is around 8-9 AM as the sun rays will be coming in through the canyon opening.
- Bring extra pair of clothes
- The steps are slippery so wear proper footwear and bring flip flops as you need to wade some distance.
- Parking is free
- Washrooms are available near the parking to change clothes
- If you are coming with baby or toddler,don’t forget to bring baby carrier.
