CHOCOLATE OREO MOUSSE

This delicious chocolate Oreo mousse is very easy to make. You can make these in just 15 minutes with 3 ingredients! Yes, you read it right! All you need is Oreos, whipping cream and chocolate chips.

These are great for a party too ( it will be a big hit, trust me!) I got a lot of compliments too. Oreos, chocolate and whipped cream combination will never go wrong 😄

How to make these?

1. Melt chocolate – add the whipping to chocolate chips and melt it in microwave or in double boiler (place the bowl on a simmering water and stir continuously till you get smooth chocolate)
2. Whip the cream – For whipping the cream, keep the bowl in freezer for sometime. This gives more fluffy cream. Whip till stiff peaks and be careful not to over whip it as it can’t be undone.
3. Fold together – Fold the whipped cream to the cooler chocolate mixture gently. After transferring to piping bag, refrigerate for sometime.
4. Crush the oreos – Crush the Oreos using a blender or put them In a Ziplock bag and beat them till you get crumbs.
5. Layering – Layer the mousse cups with oreo powder and chocolate mousse alternately. Use spoon to pack the powder tightly. Top up with the whipped cream and add some powdered Oreo and Oreo pieces.
6. Refrigeration – These can be served immediately or for best taste, refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
