If you are looking for soft, fluffy and quick dinner rolls, then this recipe is for you! They just melt in mouth. This recipe needs only a single rise for 20 minutes and the total time for making these delicious dinner rolls is less than an hour.
I love baking rolls especially the refreshing aroma that fills the entire house.
The main ingredient to achieve the quick rolls is instant yeast or quick yeast which can be directly added to dry ingredients unlike the active dry yeast which needs to be mixed with warm water to get activated.
These rolls can be made for breakfast or dinner and served with butter or Nutella or honey. Add your favourite flavour or herbs to make them more tastier.
Can I use wheat flour?
Yes you can substitute half of the all purpose flour with wheat flour.
