What’s a Mug cake??
It is a single serving cake just made in 3 steps!
1. Mix dry ingredients In a cup
2. Add wet ingredients
3. Microwave it
You can make it whenever you want and there will be no left overs too…Suddenly if you crave for desserts late night (just like me😉), then this is the solution.
There are many variations in Mug cakes. Today we are making vanilla and chocolate mug cakes.
CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE:
This is a great dessert option for chocolate lovers!
Procedure:
1. In a coffee mug, add plain flour, Cocoa powder, granulated sugar and baking powder. Give it a mix with fork.
2. Add milk, melted butter and vanilla essence and mix with fork till you get a smooth batter.
3. Add chocolate chips and mix well and sprinkle a few Choco chips on the top.
4. Microwave it for 1 1/2 min to 2 min on high settings or till a tooth pick inserted at centre comes out clean.
5. Leave it out for 5 min to cool a bit ( hot cakes are delicious)
VANILLA MUG CAKE:
This Super moist delicious vanilla mug cake is made in just minutes.
Procedure:
